We took a beautiful, leisure bike ride around Lakes Monger and Herdsman this morning (thanks for coming everyone - was nice doing it together). I forget how beautiful this wetland area is! Below is a photo I took of the dredger in Lake Herdsman. I thought it looked more interesting as a black and white photo. No other altering done in Photoshop - might play later to see if I can make it any more dramatic. I liked all the birds lined up on the cables and the clouds made it more interesting too.

kinda cool! i thought it was just ugly but it looks great in this - good show ol' chap!
I was intrigued with it - of course this is where I had to stop to tighten water holder - so looked at it longer too.
