Relaxing day today as recover from walk yesterday. Was too hot to sit outside for long, but enjoyed the time I was just sitting. Not too sure about the book, it isn't the easiest to get into.

Dripping Gum. This red sap coming out of some of the trees along our walk on Sunday was pretty interesting. I like the way this one was hanging off the tree looking like it was ready to drop any minute.

Froggy jammies....was exhausted when I got home on Thursday so my pajamas were the first thing I put on when I got home. I had to retake the photo I took on Thursday night because it ended up being a bit out of focus - fuzzy flannel froggy :0)

It was rather a long day at work today so I looked forward to my cup of Tigger cheer as I sit down to post photos and read emails. Doesn't really matter too much what kind of hot drink goes in this cup, he always makes me smile and passes on a bit of his "bounce" :0)

My baby. He wasn't feeling the best on Tuesday night as he had a bit of a fit just as I was giving him dinner. So as soon as we got in bed he was pretty much done for the night and sacked out on the bed between us while we watched a bit of TV.

After storm clouds on Saturday we had beautiful clear blue skies on Sunday with the clouds only coming back in at the end of the day to make for beautiful sunset photos.

Quiz Night! We had a fun time after work on Friday night by having a quiz night at work. Our table came in last, but we still had a lot of fun. These mugs full of Easter chocolate were the prize to the winning table, yummmm.

Planning on walking part of the Bibbulmun Track in just over a week. Have been reading the guide book and I am VERY excited about walking this top part of the track as the first leg of eventually walking all 900+ kilometers (almost 600 miles) of the track. Might take a few years, but would be an achievement!

Easter break is done! After just a couple of days back at work after the long Easter weekend and it is easy to forget we had a break. Only a couple of Easter eggs in our house this year (on top of the cake we had on Friday) so didn't take long to decimate them.

Another photo taken once I was back in Perth. We flew through our agenda on Tuesday due to everyone needing to fly home late that afternoon. One of the topics was getting a sneak peak of our new onboarding program. So the theme of this photo was to represent this very busy day before I flew home.

Learned about our new learning management system while in Sydney on Monday. Took this photo when I got back to Perth in honour of the new system's name. Shhhh, the name is still a secret.

Was looking for an interesting way to get a photo of a flame and the gas burner on the stove ended up being interesting to shoot. Wanted to get closer to the flames but the heat was a bit too much.

Race day. Final race 5 of the TriEvents Tri Series at Hillarys. Should have done more training, but still did the race and didn't come in last (at least not for the bike and running part) even if I was the last woman out of the water in my category.

I used Grandma's recipe to make peanut brittle for the guys in Sydney. Homemade goodies to say thanks for everything over the years. Gonna miss them!

I got home at the end of a long week at work and Gary had dinner waiting because he had taken the day off. I LOVE baked potatoes.

I had a really lovely day at work today and was so spoiled for my birthday. Balloons, streamers, flowers, cake, presents, cards, lots of birthday wishes - makes working on your birthday not so bad.

Got out of the office for a short walk on Tuesday. Haven't been up to my favourite lunch spot in awhile and was really surprised to see bad the gardens were looking. Not sure what has happened but the trees are looking so sad and dying.
